Charles T. Vogel
President
Charlie joined Arcade Floors Carpet One full time in 1963 after completing his military service in the United States Army. He has served four terms as President of the Maryland State Floorcovering Assocation (now the Maryland Northern Virginia Floorcovering Association). He was a charter member of the Armstrong Retail Advisory Council. Since joining Carpet One, he has served four years on the Advisory Council and two years on the Training Council. Currently, Charlie is the Co-Leader of the Chesapeake Carpet One Group which consists of Carpet One members from South Central Pennslyvania, Southern Delaware, Northern Virginia, West Virginia, and the entire State of Maryland.
At Arcade, he is responsible for most of the Advertising, Pricing, Overseeing the Customer Service Program, Training, and servicing several long time customers. He also serves in an advisory capacity to his daughter, Mary Jo.

Mary Jo Bagnall
Vice President
Mary Jo joined Arcade on a temporary basis waiting for her first child to be born. She seem to have a naturaly affinity for scheduling installations and very quickly just assumed the job. As time went on, she assumed more and more of the management duties. About 7 years ago, Mary Jo became Vice President and is responsible for most of the day-to-day operations of Arcade Floors Carpet One.

Joyce Vogel
Office Staff/Customer Service
Joyce is our newest member. She works in the office doing Accounts Payable but her most critical job is Customer Service. She is the person who calls every customer after the installation is complete to make sure they are happy.

Cindy Alvarez
Office/Insurance Coordinator
Cindy does the ordering for our company but she also coordinates and monitors the work we do for our insurance clients. Cindy also works in Customer Service and it is her job to be sure that all of our customers receive customer surveys.

Rick Moudry
Warehouse Manager
Rick began his career at Arcade more than 30 years ago as an Installer's Helper. He soon became cerified in both vinyl and carpet installations. He worked several years as our Installation Manager and became our Warehouse Manager 16 years ago.

Mark Wilder, CFS
Insurance Specialist/Senior Sales Consultant
Mark came to Arcade almost 33 years ago. He has worked as a Sales Associate and Retail Sales Manager. He now heads up our new formed Commercial Division. Mark possesses a vast amount of product knowlege and all of our sales staff as well as many specifiers rely on him for direction.

Francis Bagnall, CFS
Retail Sales Manager
Fran join the Arcade family 15 years ago soon after arriving in the United States from Ireland. He excelled sales for a number of years before being promoted to Sales Manager. Fran has exceptional knowledge of all of our products and installation techniques.

Lee Butz
Sales Associate
Lee possesses 40 years sales experience in the floor covering industry. Before coming to Arcade 10 years ago, Lee had his own flooring business in Bel Air, Maryland. Lee is one of our most popular Sales Associates with our customers.

Vernon Sanders
Sales Associate
Since joining Arcade 5 years ago, Vernon has quickly become a favorite of our customers because of his good humor. He is successful because he always puts his customer's best interest first.

Patrick Connolly
Installer
For more than 25 years, Pat has been installing quality hard surface floors for our customers. He has graduated from more installation courses than any installer we have known. Pat is an expert in vinyl, hardwood, and laminate. He has attended installation training at Armstrong, Bruce and Mirage hardwood, Pergo and WilsonArt laminates, and several ceramic tile schools, just to name some.

William Scott
Installer
Scott hails from the State of North Carolina. Twelve years ago, he fell in love with a Maryand girl, moved here and married her. At the same time, he fell in love with floor covering and was trained by one of our best, Pat Connolly. Today, Scott is certified in vinyl, hardwood, and laminate flooring.

Shawn Riley
Installer
At only 8 years with Arcade, Shawn is almost a newbie, but receives tons of complements for his work with carpet. With Shawn, carpet installation is a family tradition, having been taught by his dad, one of the best. Shawn's skill is matched only by his winning personality. Customers are always saying it was a pleasure to have him in their homes.

Donald Spedden
Installer
Don first joined Arcade in the 1980's, working in the warehouse. He went on to receive formal manufacturers' training in ceramic tile and hardwood floors.

Bob Riley
Installer
Bob began working for Arcade Flooors Carpet One in 2005. He and his crews do all of our builder and commercial work. Working with the complicated products and patterns used in commercial work requires special skills not possessed by most carpet installers today.
